If you are new to Mount Auburn Healthcare, we welcome you. To schedule your first visit, please call the office. Our staff will review availability and help you find an appropriate appointment time.
What to bring
- Photo identification
- Current medication list
- Relevant medical records or specialist notes
Coverage questions should be discussed directly with the office. We will not ask you to provide insurance details before your visit, but please be prepared to discuss them at check-in.
Preparing for a Visit
To make the most of your appointment, consider the following before your visit:
- Current medication list, including dosages
- Relevant records from recent specialist visits
- Questions or concerns you want to discuss
- Updated contact information
- Insurance card
When requested, please arrive approximately 15 minutes early to complete check-in procedures.
Prescription Renewals
Please contact the office before medication runs out. Some medications require a visit, monitoring, or additional review before renewal. Calling early helps avoid gaps in your treatment.
Test Results
The care team communicates results according to clinical context and follow-up needs. Call the office if you have questions about a result or next step. Results are typically reviewed by your provider before being shared, and someone from our team will contact you when results are available.
