Continuity and coordination
We value continuity of care. When you see your provider regularly, they understand your situation better and can notice changes over time. We also coordinate with specialists and other providers to ensure your care is connected.
When you have visits with external providers, we encourage you to share that information with us. This helps us maintain a complete picture of your health and avoid duplication or conflicting treatments.
A respectful care environment
Every patient deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Our staff is committed to creating an environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and participating in their care decisions.
